Sitting over a white carpet sipping tea with an erect pinky

Hiring women to come and entertain us,

We want them to break glass

But only with their mouths.

We don’t care how they do it,

it just has to shatter. Everywhere is

very sloppy and very messy. Some girls will

take the money without even thinking twice.

They’ll sing at such high and difficult pitches

the glass will break under their power.

But the others will try to knock the objects over:

cups, dishes, panes and glass eyes; with tongue gestures.

We’ll laugh. They’ll resort to chewing and eating the glass,

cutting their lips and cheeks, gums and tongues- blood everywhere.

And one will say, “It’s my period”

and we laugh.
